A. Reduce intake of 200 calories per day which any body can do by a bit of dieting. Burn 200 calories per day by bit of being active & bit of doing exercise. These 400 Calories managment on daily basis which every normal human being can do with ease & comfort will reduce one pound in a week. If this managment of reduction of 400 calories continued for a month with a bit of decipline will reduce your weight by 8 to 10 pounds in month.
Instead of hittig dining table stereotypically every day for breakfast, lunch & dinner three times which every ideal traditional housewife is programed to prepare tradional foods, start grazing and browsing green leafy vegetables & variety of colorful fruits 6 times a day taking your plate to a window churning your foods completely seeing the nature.
B. Start daily jogging half an hour both in the morning and in the evening which will burn 200 calories per day ( 100 cals morning + 100 cals evening ).
