Always keep trek on your body mass index.You can calculate it very easily.
BMI = kilograms / meters2

Healthy & normal human should have 20 to 24 BMI throghout his life. More than 25 it is overweight and still above 30 will lead to obesity & thereafter excess obesity. Being overweight also invites number of diseases like high BP, Sugar & Heart problems leading to prostrate,colon & other cancers. Living a life of alcoholism with smoking, tobacco consumption and leading a sedentary and inactive life hitting bed with TV & computers, living on non veg foods, saturated fats of milk products, variety of sweets, chocolates, pastries, cakes, fried steaks & rolls of chicken & muttons, fatty beefs & porks may land you in terrible troubles of being over weight and other problems of piles,fissures, haemorrhoids, Hight BP, Sugar, variety of cancers. So be aware and knowldegeable before these knock your doors. My BMI was 30 before I started loosing weight. But now it has reduced down to 25 which is just near to normal. I think still I need 8 to 10 Kg reduction to bring my BMI down to 22 which is considered normal. I think I shall achieve this in a month or two maximum.
