
Each Jogging for 40 Minutes cut down 200 Calories. If it is possible to do so twice a day both in morning and in the evening then it will make your body slim & trim by 400 Calories a day which will definitely reduce your weight upto 1.5 to 2 pounds a week. Try to mix or alternate with aerobics, cycling, swimming, rope skipping & Stair Climbing depending upon the ocassion but compulsorily and daily without skip. Make it a "Misson of Your Life". If this habit is not inculcated it may reduce 20 years of your life.
Avoid completely eating fats like mutton, chicken,pork,beef, ice creams,chocolates, pastries, sweets, milk & dairy products like cheese, curds, unskimmed milk, Dont take Eggs, high saturated fat foods with fried in oils like finger chips, finger potatoes, Abstain from junk foods like pepsi, coco cola, fanta, sweet juices, Cokes, Soda, Lemonades. Keep away all Alcohols, Whiskey, beers, rums, acoholic beverages, tinned & packed foods, safal pack vegetables etc.
