Diversify Yr Diet With Green Leafy Vegetables & Salads Dressed With PUFA Oils.



Diversify yr diet with Green Leafy Vegetables like Spinanch, Methi, Amaranthus ( Chaulaie), Dantal, Bathua Leaves, Reddish Leaves, Variety of Green Beans, Same ki Phali, Lobia ki phali, French Beans, Gwar ki phali, Ramas ki phali, dressed with Olive Oil, Canola Oil & Other PUFA ( Poly Unsaturated Fatty Acid ) Oils available in the market like Saffola. Use these oils preferably as these oils have the potential to flush away bad cholesterol ( Low density lipoproteins ) from your body because of such oils being rich in Omega 3 Fatty Acids. Green Leafy Vegetables are full of fibres, vitamines & beans full of proteins and high in fibres. Such high fiber, Vitamine, Mineral & Essential Fatty Acids diet will not only provide your daily required healthy high protein & high fiber diet but also kickstart fat burning process exhorbitantly.
Take small small amount of foods full of green veg, fruits & dry fruits 6 times a day instead of 3 times as usual. Every time dont take more than 75 Grams diet. Among 6 Times daily, take alternate vegetable,fruits, dry fruits respectively each times not exceeding 75 grams. Start morning with sprouts of pulses preferably flax seeds, soya seeds. Each time of diet should be as colorful as possible like green leaves, cut pieces of red tomotoes, yellow large capsicum ( Shimla Mirch ), violet brinjal, parrot green broccoli, violet, turnip, red beetroots etc. Make dry fruits more varigated and diversified.
Conclusively A Man or Woman of 40 Years of age requires minimum 2400 Calories a day. Curtail the limits of food eating each time. Dont take more than 1800 Calories a day so as to reduce 500 to 600 Calories a day. It means 450 Grams total food limit a day ( If one gram of protein = 4 Calories ). Spread this 450 Grams of Food into 6 times eating a day. So dont eat more than 75 grams each time. Dont forget to take one liter of water each hour.
