Take Lemon,Ginger Extract with Honey in the morning


Honey in itself is a complete and balanced food for young babies rich with multiple vitamines & minerals you know. Mixing it with lemon makes it rich with ascorbic acid and vit C. It is also very healthy & in the longer term helps reducing your weight. Ginger aids in digestion, kills bacteria, and reduces nausea and stomach upsets (especially when traveling in India!). Lemon is also a natural antiseptic that contains Vitamins B, C and Calcium.
This is incredibly easy to prepare. Grind a 1-2 inch piece of ginger into fine mesh & mix it with warm 2 cups of water. Extract and add two spoon of lemon juice to it and drink warm early in the moring while doing Yoga. Regular morning treat of a cup of lemon-ginger-honey will make you feel full relieving pangs of hunger and you ll lend up eating less than your usual diet.
